Monteverde Zip Lines Tour and Hanging Bridges allow you to visit Monteverde’s fantastic renowned cloud forest while staying in Guanacaste. Here you will enjoy some of the most unique adventures you can have during your vacations, such as zip lines, hanging bridges, and an aerial tram, all in one day.
The drive starts early morning; we will drive you first but the towns of Liberia and Cañas, and from here, the road will take you to the highlands; the scenic beauty of the place is fantastic, in addition to the landscapes of the farms, lush green mountains, and small towns where you will drive by are authentic portraits of the real Guanacaste. The drive to the area takes 3.00 hours approx.
Once in the park, you will start with the Monteverde Zip Lines Tour, but before it starts, you will take a high technology Aerial Tram that includes a ride of 1600 meters (both ways) with altitudes between 1400 and 1600 m.a.s.l.
The Aerial Tram takes you up to the Continental Division and one of Monteverde’s highest mountains, from where you start your zip line adventure. The aerial tram is a guided tour, and you will have the opportunity of shortstops to observe the cloud forest biodiversity, the Arenal, Tenorio, and Miravalles volcanoes, the Nicoya Gulf, and the Guanacaste flatlands.
Monteverde Zip Lines has a distance of 2.5 miles of linear cable. also, the tour allows you to fly via cable and have a unique experience of adventure and adrenaline at speeds up to 40 miles per hour with distances ranging up to 2500 feet and heights of 524 feet. In addition, the tour offers 5 observation towers above the cloud forest treetops providing a panoramic view.
Monteverde Hanging Bridges also allows you to enjoy the flora and fauna of the area, and you will be accompanied by one of our specialized guides. The tour lasts between 2 and 2.5 hours. Monteverde Hanging Bridges reunites all the conditions of security and confidence.
Monteverde Hanging Bridges is a guided tour, which combines trails and suspension bridges with lengths of even 984 feet and heights above the canopy of the Monteverde cloud forest. The gondolas and the bridges have been adapted for people with some disabilities.

Monteverde Hanging Bridges hike is a level 1, easy with some small slopes to go up and down. It is not difficult, but your safety comes first; our tours are private, allowing you to hike the park at your own pace.
